I have been both a stay at home mom and a working mom. God knows your circumstances and He will not judge you for working to help your family. Keep praying for God to bless your husband's business so you can have more time at home with your children, but don't be too hard on yourself. Since you are working to support your husband it is not unfair of you to encourage him to help you around the house. Marriage is two people working together. betty

My longing is to stay and work within the home, however in today's world my husband requires me to go out an work. When he gets his business up and running I will slowly reduce my hours so that I may make a home for my family. I would like to move into a house and open a foster home.
Does God understand my need to work outside the home?? Does he understand that somedays I am so burnt out that it's all I can do just to do the dishes? I wanted so much to be a traditional women. I pray and dream that one day this will come true.
Please share your thoughts on the role of a woman in today's world.
