There is a great story, one I love; and I`m sure you have heard it in one form or another.
A man, could be you, is travelling thru life. His life is represented by a stretch of sand, and his travels thru his life, represented by a line of footprints.
He says to God, `` I always thought that you walked with me, always at my side, as I travelled thru my life`s journey. There are my footprints, and beside mine are your footprints. But you will notice that, in places, instead of two sets of footprints, there are only one. How come you left me on occasions to walk thru my life on my own?``
God answered, ``You were never alone, where you see two sets of footprints side by side, we walked together. Where you see only one set of footprints, that is where I CARRIED you.``
This short story really inspires me, and I love to walk each day in His company.
