Recognize that the "American dream" cannot be purchased with a credit card.
Recognize that unemployed workers cannot buy much of anything, even what they make or sell.
Recognize that the rules of the marketplace cannot be ignored or manipulated.
Cut labor costs by triming the "fat" not by throwing out the "meat".
Recognize that individuals in management and those in labor are members of the same team, like those who play offense and those who play defense in a football game.
Do away with rules that prohibit those who are "over qualified" from taking available jobs.
Bring back the clothing factories to American cities and let unemployed auto assembly plant workers make clothes.
Put more Americans back into work in the vegetable fields, orchards, and landscaping businesses of our country.
Restore the honor of "hard work" to American workers.
Sell the gas-guzzleing American cars to foreigners in countries with tanks of "cheap" gas.
Let multiple families or multiple generations of families live in the big four-bedroomed houses that some young couples apparently can no longer afford. Change zoning laws in our cities and towns to allow for more multi-family dwellings.
Open and staff more public "technical high schools" where teenages can once again learned skilled trades without having to pay special tuition rates.
Don't expect political "bureaucrats" to function like well educated and well regulated insurance professionals.
