We can no longer go on or by Natural history for future weather event extremums[1]. Those that BE have chosen to interfere more than 20 years ago with "GEO~ENGINEERING". It seams to have had a devastating effect on the natural ebb and flow [3]of things as it matters to forecastle weather.
Structural integrity and engineering operation will need a new set of up~dates, from tree core samples for the last 30 years to start with, to base load studies for the engineering of a project.
