I don't know where you have learned what you believe. I'm afraid that you're confused about a few things though.

quote:
The Spirit of truth glorifies Christ by bearing witness that we belong to Christ and declaring this to the Apostles who sit on thrones of judgment so that we are not judged and may go onto the Father.

Romans 8:16
The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God,

Where in scripture does it say the Holy Spirit declares anything to the Apostles in Heaven so they won't judge us? Such a declaration would be to ALL of heaven. The angels celebrate when someone is saved.

1 Corinthians 5:12
For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? 13But those who are outside, God judges. REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES.

This scripture says that God judges unbelievers, not the Apostles. And, of course, no one in Heaven judges believers except that the Lord disciplines those He loves.

Luke 22:28-30
28 "You are those who have stood by Me in My trials; 29 and just as My Father has granted Me a kingdom, I grant you 30 that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

The Apostles will judge only the twelve tribes, but we are not told when. Most likely during the Millennial Kingdom, which is on earth not in Heaven. During the time of the Apostles' earthly lives, 10 of the tribes were still lost, as they are to this day. After the Millennial Kingdom is the eternal state where judgment will be unnecessary. So it must be during the Millennial Kingdom. The Apostles won't judge for or against salvation, which only God can do, but they will judge civil matters as the judges in the Old Testament did. Or so I believe.

The Spirit of truth bears witness to the indwelt Spirit of Christ in the Christian.

The Spirit of truth glorifies Christ by bearing witness that we belong to Christ and declaring this to the Apostles who sit on thrones of judgment so that we are not judged and may go onto the Father.

John 16:13. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak, and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.

This is how Christ builds His kingdom through the Holy Spirit here on earth.
