HAS GOD DEALT TO EVERY MAN THE MEASURE OF FAITH ?
I am certain that the bolded part of Romans 12:3 that you refer to "as God has dealt to every man a measure of faith" then specifically "measure of faith" is different than one would usually interpret it to mean until you read on...
He is trying to convey to the church that each member is given spiritual gifts and that is the measure. Of faith means how he will use it to fulfill the need. Also, when doing so, don't
think of yourself more highly than others.
My way of putting it is...God builds a church with its members, Jesus being the cornerstone.
Each member is given a purpose just like a physical body is given a heart, lungs, eyes, ears, and so forth. Whatever you are appointed to do doesn't make you any more important than the other, and if for no other reason, cause He said so. If you are a teacher and you compare yourself to an administrator or an usher; forget it, you ain't no gooder.
One more thing, just for kicks...There is a head for each church and it is none of us, it's Jesus.

If you look at the measure as seed then everyone has a seed;
the soil, water and sunlight will affect the outcome.
What do we expose our little mustard seed too?

Romans 12:3
For I say, through the grace given to me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think of himself; but to think soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Regarding the bolded part, what does it mean that, "God has dealt to every man the measure of faith"?
Has God dealt a measure of faith to every man on earth, so that each man "starts out with equal faith" to decide for Jesus?
What does it mean that, "God has dealt to every man the measure of faith"?
And is it significant that the text does not say "a" measure of faith, but "the" measure of faith, that God has dealt to every man?
