we cannot recognize an answer to a prayer unless we have prayed the prayer first.
one purpose of prayer is for the praying person to be able to recognize, "hey, there IS a Living God who hears my prayer, because, look, I prayed about that 2 weeks ago and this looks like the answer."
IOW, an answer to prayer cannot be recognized unless we have prayed that prayer first because an answer needs a reference point because it is an answer "to" something.
It was only when I began to pray prayers that I therefore could see the answered that belonged to that prayer, and then those who knew can say, "wow, we just prayed about that, and here it is."
God of Israel, bless us, I pray You. BORN AGAIN in the USA by the of Lord God Jeshua-Jesus.
