Made my first 'real' Banana Pudding the other day. It didn't want to 'pud'. I added a little more flour. That took care of it.

But the meringue didn't want to fluff up though. The egg whites just wouldn't whip. It had just a little bit of the yellow which got away from me when I was separating the eggs. I didn't take it out of the whites. I wonder if that could be why it didn't whip. It doesn't seem so. Or could I have added the sugar too quickly? It came out alright overall though.

Now I'm doing the pickle thing.

Nah! My recipe didn't call for cot.
