Day is done...
Gone the sun

Safely rest

Remembering my dear father, and my dear husband this Memorial Day weekend.

Both served in the Army, four years WWII for my dad, and two years in Vietnam for my husband.

Being a member of the US Army, and a married man, I've always really appreciated it when churches have the widows of fallen servicement stand and be appreciated on Memorial Day. I also really appreciate it when they have military spouses stand on Veteran's Day. They really are the ones that sacrifice.
