hey everybody its been awhile and it looks as though im in need of your prayers ive been doing really good and its just here lately ive have been backsliding i need prayers of strength and encouragment i know your prayers are working cause i can feel a difference in me and because of my lack of self control i need your uplifting prayers im sorry i have let you all down i know your prayers are sincere and i pray i can truly put this sin behind me and move on thank you for prayers again keep me in your thoughts daily

Find a good Church and get in a Sunday School Class or Bible Study. Seek Christian friends that can help you stay accountable.
