I am sick with sinus and flu plus the roof of my mouth started swelling from some kind of allergy.
I took benderyl and I had already taken dayquail sinus.

I appreciate your prayers.

My sinuses are better but the stuff is now in my chest. I was too ill to make it to Church this morning.

Feeling alittle better but my head feels like it stuffed with cotton and thinking is not great right now.

My sinuses are better but I feel more like I have the flu. I think the infection is clearing out of my head and going elsewhere in my body.

Because of my immune system, when I get a sinus infection, it usually takes about two weeks to get over it. It starts out in my sinuses, then my chest, and then I usually get a kidney infection.
I am taking extra vitamin C to try to lessen the journey. I appreciate you guys praying for me.

Also my daughter Jenn had to go to the doctor yesterday for female issues.

If you have a sore throat as well, get some hot water and mix cyan pepper in it, and gargle with it...

it will help alot and clear your head some.
