Please pray for me in my work situation. I work with pepole, in my department, that think they can get away with being bullies. They do very little and that causes me and one other lady to pull down the majority of the work. We have a total of 10 people including the department manager. I can't even take a drink of water without being jumped on. I have gone to the HR department to let them know what is happening but yet nothing has changed. I am trying to find another job but there is not alot around here I can do other than going back to retail (and giving up Sunday's for church). What is really sad about the whole thing is these people I work with claim they are christians but they don't go to church nor do they, obviously, act like they are. I have been told by a friend in another department that what they are doing is considered harassment but what can I do. The manager always stands up for the others and does not listen to my side of the story. I can say the sky is blue but if one of the others say it's pink she will go its pink.
