Please pray for our daughter Desi and for all the kids here. We have just learned that 2 of her classmates were killed lastnight in a fatality car crash.

These kids have seen a lot of death in the past two years it seems, suicides and car accidents. It is so hard to comfort them; it is so hard for them to understand the loss of such young life.

It is hard for kids to face death of a friend. When I was in High School the boy that sat in front of me was killed drag racing. It was a shock to the whole school. Kids tend to think of themselves as above death.
