Today starts the week long prayer vigil for our brothers and sisters that are being persecuted and martyred for the name of Jesus. Please join the thousands of churches that have pledged to pray this week and try to get your local assembly to join in. The Bible tells us that as Christians we will be hated in this world: (Mt 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake). We have it easy compared to these our spiritual brothers and sisters that are being persecuted, will God hold us blameless if we will not even pray for our brethren?
