I've heard so much about meds or not from Christian and non-Christian sources. Three months ago I went off Zoloft and Buspar, and was fine until the last couple of weeks. How can I tell if it's the meds I need, or if it's a spiritual, emotional, mental, or physical problem that is the cause? Please pray for discernment for me and that I'll be able to get a doctor's opinion soon. I don't want to go back on meds if I don't have to because they made me gain entirely too much weight, and I have lost 7 pounds. Does anyone know of meds that do not cause weight gain?
