To those among you who fear God!

Is death something you fear? Death is an unknown territory for us, so I believe we all fear it. It is not unknown territory to Jesus, though. Unlike all other people, he raised himself from the dead after dying. Just type "Who raised himself from the dead?" in a search engine and see whose name comes up. You should look to him for information about who you should fear. (Matthew 10:28).

Acts 13 begins with Paul spreading the Gospel in this way. We still need to focus on this message today. This message is again taken to the synagogue, not because this is a church building, but to open people's eyes to the false religion being taught there.

Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses. ~ Acts 13:38-39
