Listening to the radio today the teacher made the comment that typology of the Old Testament points to Jesus. He then appropriately said that all scripture points to Jesus. It all boils down to, directs you to, Jesus. Sixty-six books of the Bible say one thing really, with all of those words: Jesus.

Indeed! All scripture reduces down to one simple fact – Jesus: but, what about Him?

Christ is the one through whom God created everything in heaven and earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see—kings, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities. Everything has been created through him and for him. He existed before everything else began, and he holds all creation together.
Christ is the head of the church, which is his body. He is the first of all who will rise from the dead, so he is first in everything. For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, and by him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of his blood on the cross.

[Cross] Jesus: What about Him? Everything about Him! What jiggy says and more. But how do we benefit?

True -but don't forget Christ points to the Father -not himself.

True Isaiah, the goal is reconciliation with Father and the only way it can happen for any and all is through Christ His Son.
