King Solomon required 666 talents of gold as annual personal revenue. This is the first time that I know of that 666 is significant prior to Revelation. Everything after Revelation sounds like a relative of Cain, someone pursuing a mystical leg up, "through God", on the rest of mankind. In Genesis, a relative of Cain's relying on what God said about the mark of Cain, that it would be even more so in respect to his murdering. Thus the Earth became so violent that it was flooded. The sin washed away. The remaining existence, of mankind, being Noah and family. Things got twisted again with Ham. Had he not acted the way he did, Noah would not have been prone to pronounce the first curse after the restart of mankind. This history book, The Holy Bible, I believe is a self contained intity that through it's writtings, there is a cure and solution to all our troubles. Praise Jesus for being the reason. A soft heart moves mountains.

I thought you got banned, for this before. Solomon was not the anti-Christ. You need to get over that weird thinking you have.

Cain isn't mentioned by name in Revelation,
and nothing is written "after Revelation";
prior to Revelation is understandable,
but,
"after Revelation", that's going to take some explaining that for sure isn't in the opening post.

1Jo 2:18 ¶ Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists ; whereby we know that it is the last time.

even now are there many antichrists;

Anyone that misrepresents Yeshua/Jesus is an Anti-Christ….

The majority of the so called Church today is Anti-Christ., presenting an easy believism Gospel.

A nothing required Gospel.

Come to Jesus, stay as you are Gospel.

There is coming “The Anti-Christ” the man of sin but in an age where an Anti-Christ life style is accepted as permissible, even the norm, multitude who profess Yeshua will be deceived.

They would rather believe a lie and be damned than receive the Truth.

Yeshua said when He returned would He even find Faith present on the earth?

People say they believe but they still continue to live un-separated lives from this world.

Never forget Satan and demons believe, even fear and tremble but to what end?

If you are “Born Again”, if you have passed from dead unto life, if you are taking up your cross to follow after Yeshua daily, if the seed of Yahweh lives in you, if you are presenting to this dying world a True depiction of Yeshua you have reason to rejoice.

If you do not you have no reason to rejoice, you are still of your father the Devil and an Anti-Christ example for all to behold.

Therefore call all men everywhere to repent, change directions, and bring fore fruit worthy of a True repentant heart, for the testimony to the Power of the precious Blood of the Lamb.

By "after Revelation", I meant after the writting of Revelation to inspire such a curious notion about a number. 666, First Kings 10:14, Second Chronicles 9:13.

Betty, [wave3] He won't ban me for the writting about King Solomon. David himself couldn't see King Solomon being or asking to be forgiven, but he couldn't say for sure if he wasn't. What I believe about King Solomon not being forgiven is truthful. I tell the truth. I also believe that if it be a part of the refinement of my soul, to recognize that it is blasphemous to revere King Solomon or even quote Proverbs or any of his writtings, without first realizing that he ended up a scoundrel, more power to me. Then at least when I read his writtings, I ask my self, how could he throw it all away?

Refinementf, a great subject in the Bible.

"blasphemous to revere King Solomon or even quote Proverbs"

I would ban you for this, but this is not my board. I have issues with anyone who calls any part of the Bible blasphemous.

Oh well. Some will look and look, and never see.

and some see what is not there. Either you believe the whole Bible to be inspired by God are you don't.
I feel it is a sin to take parts of the Bible out.

Such as Deuteronomy 29:20? No matter what you say, King Solomon will never be forgiven for misleading the Israelites from God. I haven't been selective about what verses to accept and which ones I won't, you have. Do you think that King Solomon followed the instruction of writting down the law, Deuteronomy 17:18, refered to in Deuteronomy 17:17? I believe that it should be understood that the primary author of Proverbs turned out to be a scoundrel.

I admit he was not a man after God's own heart, but he was and is not the anti-Christ. Only God knows if he is save or not.

I believe that it is important enough to indicate whether he was forgiven and shouldn't be something omitted from scripture if he is. This is the way I see it, King Solomon is the worst person to ever live and Jesus Christ is the best to ever live. Solomon himself chose that number before Revelation became a book. As the constant of for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, so there is the largest and the smallest, the worst and the best. I don't see how anyone can be worse than Solomon simply because of the position and status he had when he turned his back on God. Solomon had a man executed/murdered on the altar in the Tent of the Lord's Prescence. To another king of Israel it was unthinkable to execute anyone while in the Prescence of the Lord. Personally, the second time I read the books of the Kings and Chronicles, I was flabergasted that the majority of them were bad. I also noticed that the really bad ones didn't reign very long. The emphasis on Jeroboam's sin as being worse than any sin ever committed in Israel just showes the door that Solomon opened up with his sin.

I believe the Bible to be inspired by the Holy Spirit. I believe the whole Bible is sacred and none of it should be deleted.

cbou4668 ...I think that I am starting to see your point...you are not calling any part of the Bible blasphemous or saying that it wasn't inspired to man by the Holy Spirit...you are just trying to show how much of a sinner king Solomon was...am I right?... [Confused]

I had to go look for the definition of the words ''refinement'' and ''scoundrel'' first to understand what you were trying to say...

Definitions of refinement:

noun: the quality of excellence in thought and manners and taste
Example: "A man of intellectual refinement"
noun: the result of improving something
Example: "He described a refinement of this technique"
noun: the process of removing impurities (as from oil or metals or sugar etc.)
noun: a highly developed state of perfection; having a flawless or impeccable quality
Example: "I admired the exquisite refinement of his prose"
noun: a subtle difference in meaning or opinion or attitude

Definitions of scoundrel:

noun: a wicked or evil person; someone who does evil deliberately

Sometimes I wish my understanding of the English language was better...

Are you saying that you can only learn to be a better Christian if you do not do the mistakes that king Solomon has done in his own life?...that you do not want to be (in your own words ) a scoundrel like king Solomon was?... [Confused]

If so, then I completely understand your point...

lonlesol, YES. Understanding not only that avoiding the pitfalls of being a judgemental person as determining who is and who ain't a fool would fulfil an effort that Christ asked of His followers of judge not lest you be judged and you will be judged for by the way you judged. I pesonally just thought about how I may have rub many wrong, I apologize. I pray that we become less judgemental.
