Now I used to be on the speak English bandwagon, I'll admit, but I was humbled one day while listing to NPR Radio. The commentator made the comment that many Spanish speakers who are here cannot read and write their own language. Made me think.

"Political correctness" is just a euphemism for the anti-Jesus Christ campaign. It's Merry Christmas, not Happy holidays. The caveman movie with Steven Strait and Camilla Belle is 10,000 BC, not BCE.

Edit to add a rant: Once I saw an episode of "Gilmore Girls" where a few of Rory's friends were hanging out and 1 of them had a secret that he was nervous to reveal. It turns out that the secret was his Christian faith! The others acted like true friends and said it was cool. [clap2]

But I considered it - and still do - a portrayal of modern society. It seems that whenever a person even brings up Christianity in any manner, anti-Christians scream, "That's proselytizing!" Nobody seemed to have a problem with Nidal Hasan proselytizing at Ft. Hood and now 13 people - 1 a pregnant woman - are dead!
