Some of our relatives here in Missouri have just gotten their bank statemnets which showed criminals drafted money out of their accounts from ficticious businesses that aren't real in Orange County, California. One co. was some vacation home company, one was delux holidays they use a 866 area code. The banks just give out the money to them because they use others names, numbers, addresses from real accounts. The better business compamy say it is happening everywhere. So be aware! I don't know how they can be stopped unless everyone takes what money is left out of their banks. Many different banks have this happening......they let it happen.

They let the IRS take money from bank accounts illegally as well. Maybe we better start looking a little closer into our bank's policies.
