I also highly recommend the "Love Comes Softly" video series. There are presently four movies in this series, which were originally fiction works by Janette Oke. The movie series has been produced by Michael Landon, Jr. and reminds me a lot of "Little House on the Prairie". My girls love them and have watched them over and over. Very professionally done.
