Hi Everyone,

I would like to pass on a book written by Emmanuel Swedenborg (a christian seer who lived in the 18th Century and was permitted by Lord Jesus Christ to see the different Heavens and Hells).

Well at least this doe'snt have anything to do with digging extremely deep oil wells, or mineshafts!!

Swedenborgian theology was termed New Church - a syncretism of the similarities of numerous East/West lines of thinking in this area.

It's threaded it's way thru the 20th century...ending up as the "consciousness movement" of the 60's and 70's...and eventually emerging in 1980 under the slick marketing term "New Age"

OOPS SORRY ABOUT THAT!! I'll leave it to the others to maybe come in here and stomp all over your thread now. Sorry.
