In January 2003, the ABC network launched a new and exciting program called Miracles, broadcast Mondays at 10 pm (ET). The program asked questions about good and evil and the real struggle we all see in the world. The characters were thoughtful and well modeled and many Christians were drawn to Miracles as an escape from the all too familiar reality TV programming where people will almost sell their souls to make a buck.

Unfortunately, ABC executives were not brave enough to give this excellent program enough time to develop into the kind of show it could have been with heroes who fight for the “light” against the "darkness". We need programming like this; intelligent, thought provoking and well written with themes that touch the hearts of Christians. There is currently a campaign to save Miracles.
