I really need some opinions on this. is it wrong to marry someone who is kin to your stepdad? Are they considered kin to you or is there really no relation?

They are not blood family, they are step family.
There is nothing wrong with marrying a stepbrother or step cousin.

I agree with wparr. Nothing wrong with it at all as long as they are in the Lord.
