We are living in the last days. The fact that Russia is in the Middle East is a sign that the invasion spoken of in the Book of Ezekial Chapter 38 will take place in the near future. Gog according to Bible Scholars is the leader of the land of Magog which is modern day Russia. Russia and the Muslim countries such as Persia which is modern day Iran and Libya as well as the Northern Muslim countries of Russia and Ethiopia will come upon the mountains of Israel in the last days but God will intervene and destroy the Armies that come against Israel. They will come on horses. It's interesting, because I was looking at a world map and there are no large body of oceans separating Russia from Israel. Therefore, I can see them using horses in this future war. The nation of Russia is known for thier large calvary of horses. I believe this invasion will occur either before or during the first three and a half years of the Tribulation Period. Donna [B][/B]
