Is this how the ruling of the antichrist is to be implemented ?

How many more terrorist acts will it take before emergency powers will be given to the leaders of Europe or the U.S. ? What will have to happen for their desire for ultimate control to be implemented ?

Of course I could be wrong, but like alot of others, I believe that the anit-Christ will come on the scene after the rapture. The world will be in a panic. They will be worried that a terrorist made people disappear or maybe even aliens. This will open the door to the anti-Christ to promise peace to the world.
