I just received a very special alert from the American Family Association with the following news.

There are forty liberal senators who want the senators to fillabuster any judicial nominee who will not support their agenda. The following is what their agenda is:

1. Approval of homosexual marriage.

2. Legalize euthanasia.

3. Banning prayer in school.

4. Banning public display of ten commandments.

5. Banning pledge of allegiance.

6. Basing our laws on the laws of other nations.

7. Maintaining abortion on demand.

8. Forcing the Boy Scouts and similar other
organizations (including churches) to place
homosexuals in positions of leadership.

9. Complete protection for all kinds of
pornography.

10. Creating hate crime laws to punish those who
believe homosexuality is wrong.

11. Denigrating christianity to a secondary
status.

12. Making secularism the only legitimate
religion.

The American Family Association urges everyone to call their senators to urge them to see that the above does not happen. The toll free number is:

You may type in American Family Association to read the entire article. The forty liberal senators want to force the above listed items on every american.

The best way to do right now is to just type in American Family Association and that will take you right to it. The alert is right at the top of the page. If I were more computer savvy I would be more than happy to provide a link but I'm not for which I apologize. Just type in American Family Association and you'll see the news story at the top and you'll also see other news stories that might interest you. They notify me by e-mail and you can sign up for e-mail if you'd like to do so.

This isn't a list of things 40 senators want to make law, as you'll read in the alert, it's about liberal senators filibustering the appointment of a judge to the supreme court.

It is a list of what the AFA feels is liberal senators priorities.

Thanks Nied.

This should be interesting. I've been wondering how this will all play out since few (if any) judges are getting appointed. What happens in this session could have a long-lasting effect on our country. But we all have seen this coming.

Our country is being split, tugged on, divided, torn, in all kinds of areas. I think our troubles are only beginning. Perhaps we will start reaping what we have been sowing? Let us pray for the forgiveness of our country.

It can be maddening watching and listening to all of the political insanity (from both sides of the fence) taking place these days.

I recommend viewing it all from the bigger picture - God Is In Control. It'll help your blood pressure!

The American family Association sends out news articles that they feel everyone should know about and their articles are both informative and interesting. I receive them by e-mail.
