Indonesia today, an 8.7 earytquake shook the ground for 2 minutes. An estimated 2000 people were killed, of which many were children.

I have heard of some marvelous works of God going on over there, as a direct result of these earthquakes and the tsunami. One town, population 100,000 had signs posted that Islamic law was enfforced there. Missionaries for Christ were expelled or killed if discovered. After the tsunami, the population dropped to 20,000 and the Christians who were compelled to stay out or die were able to go in and treat and help the remaining population and to preach the gospel of Christ to these people. Many thousands have been saved.

Thank God that there wasnt a tsunami this time. The death toll could have been much worse. Isnt one of the tallest buildings in the world in Indonesia?
