A group of websites are trying to hold a simultaneous symposium on "The Israel Issue".

The questions we will discuss are:

1. Does modern day Israel have any covenantal significance?
2. Does modern day Israel have a legitimate right to exist?
3. What are propositions for advancing peace in the Middle East?

The answer to that will depend wholly on whether you believe that these are the last days and this is the generation who will have the blindness removed from their eyes. If you so believe those things then the answer is found in scripture:

Hebrews 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
