I don't find it to be a big deal that a student body president at a Christian college came out as an atheist. Each person's journey is different. Many times, a Christian has to pass through the halls of Atheism before coming out the other side a much more true, authentic Christian. I have had my fits out doubt during my life. However, my doubts were merely deep, honest probing of my Christianity. I am better for it today.
