Impatience, complaining, doubt, and worry 4 wastes of time.
We rush from here to here. Pass a car just to meet it at the next red light. We rush our kids we rush our spouses, but what does it gain. Then when we do relax, we collapse into our comfy couch routines and don't want to move. All were doing is adding stress and stealing our peace of mind. Not to mention what we are teaching others, including our kids.
The Bible says be still and know I am God
We complain about each other, about our jobs, and our lives. What good does it do? Complaining doesn't make anything better. It actually makes things worse because your feeding negativity. Once that grows up in you, your personalities warped.
The Bible says to think on true things, noble things,just things, pure things, lovely things, things of good report, or if they have virtue or are praise worthy.
What does doubt do? All it can do is turn us away from God. Doubt is a faith killer. A trick of the serpent. Do not doubt any aspect of God's love or virtue, or the devil gains a strong hold. Trust God in your life and the trust will not be taken advantage of.For God will reward faithfulness by multiplying dividends.
The Bible says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths.
Does worry add anything? Does it put food on the table, or raise your children? Worry is just another doubt that God is not in control. Do you not think God is able to provide all that is needed, and peace for the things that aren't?
The Bible says be anxious for nothing but everything in prayer bring your supplications unto God.
Also it says Cast all your Cares upon Him for He Cares for You
