Re: NO ABORTION FUNDING, NO EXCEPTIONS, PERIOD

Dear Senator, Congressman:

This petition requests that you please FIX and then PASS the 3 bills to defund abortion:
H.R. 3 "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act" [NTFAA]
H.R. 358 "Protect Life Act"
H.R. 217 "Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act"
Before passing these bills, please fix them by REMOVING ANY EXCEPTIONS that permit our tax-dollars to subsidize child-killing, even in the rare instances of rape or incest. No innocent baby should ever be punished with death merely because his or her father was a criminal. Only moral exceptions in the gravest conditions to protect the life of the mother should be permitted.

--Please permanently ban taxpayer funding of abortion across all federal programs.
--End use of federal facilities, such as military hospitals.
--Ban publicly subsidized coverage of abortion in the new "ObamaCare" health system.
--Prevent any abortion funding via ObamaCare.
--End federal funding for Planned Parenthood (and other abortion providers).
--Provide conscience protections for health care workers who refuse to perform abortions.
--Reinstate the "Mexico City" policy to prohibit our taxes from funding abortions overseas.
