What does it mean to yield to Jesus?

I contend that there is more than one facet involved in what it means to yield to Jesus.

1. Yielding to His Words of instruction(as well as His warnings) as layed out in the scriptures.

2. Yielding to His Spirit that guides us into our specific line of work in the body of Christ.
