Will all Israel be saved that has ever lived and the only criterion will be that he or she has come out of Isaac?

In other words, will all Israel which has ever lived and come out of Israel which is now in the grave, come up out of the grave?

Isaiah 45
17 But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: you shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

Ezekiel 37
11 Then he said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel; behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

12 Therefore prophesy and say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, O My people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.

Romans 7
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.

Or will only a contemporary remnant of Israel of the last days be brought back to the land of Israel? If that is so, who then are the ones of Israel whose graves are opened and they come to the land of Israel?

Isaiah 49
22 Thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up My hand to the Gentiles, and set up My standard to the people: and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.

So shall all the people of Israel thru Isaac who ever lived, or shall only a remnant of Israel be saved?
