I'm not only a sinner saved by grace, but also a new creature in Christ:

Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

John 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Ephesians 2:10
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

Luke 3:16
John answered, saying to them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I comes, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.

Acts 2:4
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Ephesians 2:15
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

Ephesians 4:24
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Colossians 3:10
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him.

After Adam and Eve sinned, we were made in the image of Adam:

Genesis 5:3
And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth.

We must therefore relearn the image of God and learn to speak and think like God:

Proverbs 18
20 A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.

21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Proverbs 15:28
The heart of the righteous studies to answer: but the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things.

Proverbs 16:1
The preparations of the heart in man and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.

Proverbs 4:4
He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.

Proverbs 4:21
Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

Proverbs 4:23
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Proverbs 6:2
You are snared with the words of your mouth, you are taken with the words of your mouth.

Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

James 3
3 Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body.

4 Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor lists.

5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasts great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindles!

Proverbs 16:23
The heart of the wise teaches his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.

Matthew 12
34 O generation of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

Faith-filled words brings God on the scene.
Fear-filled words brings the devil on the scene

We must reprogram our heart to speak the things that God speaks.

with love, eden
