I watched a part of one of the videos and I agree that Islam could be just as well described as a political ideology as it could a religion. There is virtually no separation between the religious, legal and political facets of life in a country such as Iran. Although there are elected representatives of the populace, the ultimate power stays with the religious leaders. As to immigration of Islamic people, the ship has sailed. Should countries limit immigration to those who wilingly embrace the fundamental values and laws of their countries. Most certainly. I live in Canada and we are just awakening to the common sense idea that new citizens should not only know about the struggles that took place to gain independence and freedom, but that they should forsake the heinous practices that occur in some of their countries of origin. No honour killings and so on. But we have a dismal record with respect to policies in dealing with our own indigenous peoples. My faith is not in political systems but in the God of Creation, our Lord Jesus Christ. The political systems are linked one way or another with the principalities and powers wherein our enemy has polluted and deceived the nations and peoples. Praise God we believers know that God is in control and has the last Word. Love in Christ, Botham
