PRAYER VIGIL FOR PEACE AND POSITIVE TRANSFORMATION IN HAITI on SUNDAY, AUGUST 14

Haiti is in dire need of prayer and divine intervention due to the:
• 80% Poverty Rate
• 75% Unemployment Rate (compared to 6% in the USA)
• $1,000 average annual income (compared to $30, 000 in the USA)
• Thousands of Haitians were killed or injured in 2004 by hurricane, floods & mudslides
• Political instability & fighting have left hundreds dead or injured
• Thousands of children have been left orphans due to recent natural disasters & political violence across the country

So, please join with people of all faiths around the world to:

PRAY on AUGUST 14

Please let your pastor know about the vigil and request that your congregation take a few minutes during your Sunday service to lift up a prayer for Haiti.
