WASHINGTON A Christian activist group plans to test a Secret Service ban on crosses and other structures along President Bush's inaugural parade route.

In response to complaints by the Christian Defense Coalition, the Secret Service said small crosses could be worn or drawn on hand-held signs, but added that the ban on solid or hollowed-out "structures" that could be used as weapons remains in place.

The coalition's director, the Reverend Patrick Mahoney, says his group will show up at the parade with three-foot-by-five-foot crosses, one-quarter inch thick, made of a rigid light-weight material. If the crosses are confiscated, Mahoney says he'll file suit the next day alleging that his free speech rights have been violated.

Looks to me like Mahoney is just looking for a way to file suit against the govt. He needs to get a life.

Looks like he's standing up for his rights as every good citizens should do when they are being opressed. And read the previous thread before making judgements. Officials ban crosses, discriminating against Christians.
