I've got an end of time rant, a few points have bothered me for some time so ill get it off my mind and regress on to my next "issue".
The end of time issue has bothered me for some time now, or more accurately, the focus on it. It seemed to me that some of the apostles were also concerned about this subject, but I don't recall that Christ went about preaching the end of the world. I see an endless amount of preachers, ministers, evangelists and parishioner's focused on it but from my understanding of scripture is that Christ among many things was set forth as an example. In that example you won't find an obsession with "the end of times" unless you consider the inquires of the apostles and the response to them inquires. I get the impression that these questions were more of an irritation or disruption to the message of Christ because he certainly didn't focus on it but rather it seems to be an issue that men have been concerned with from the beginning. I myself was caught in this web for a long time. For me it was more of the realization of what it means if Christ returns and this is indeed the last days. Ultimately I realized that I was looking for proof of Christ. How many can truly say that they are ready for that realization? I fear that many who say they are would only find out that they weren't. Like me. The people that are "truly" prepared are just that. I envision them not focusing on the if and when but rather the who and how.
I also came to the realization that even if this wasn't the very end of time and the various meanings it has then I myself will certainly have an end of time. The clock is ticking both ways.
In summary and to get this off my mind, yes this is the end of time. Weather it be be personally or shared. So Now what are we going to do with this time besides get distracted by it.

have you already found the beginning that you seek the end?
(Some smart guy said that but I can't recall who)
