This would be harder on the poor. Poor people don't usually pay income tax. We pay on part of our retirment, but very poor people get all of theirs back in refund.
Second poor to lower middle class spend most if not all of their money. Why? to live. Most people at the end of the month have no to little money left becaue they need every penny to put food on the table and clothes on the family. But rich make so much that they spend very little of what they make.
The taxes would all come from mom and dad buying toothpaste, toilet paper, and other requirments to run a home.
