I just put new batteries in our home NOAA

earlier this morning.
Noticed the green operation light was off.

One can get a better one at Walmart for a $20 investment...

God bless you Bro.

I have one of those weather radios, and I got one for each of the kids. Minor investment at Walmart and work great. Does tend to get your attention when the alarm sounds...:>)

Thank You Father for watching over us and bringing us through the storms. Praise You Abba for holding my dear-ones in Your hand, and sheltering them with Your awesome love. We praise You! We honor You!! We lift You up and give You all the Glory!! Praise You Father for Your perfect will and eternal love for Your precious children, in Jesus' Holy name I pray. Thank You Abba!!!!

"Song To The King"
by Pocket Full of Rocks

I've felt the thunder
speak of Your name
And I've watched the lightning
Your glory proclaim
I've gazed upon mountains
that testify of Your fame
And I've heard the waves on the ocean
echo their refrain

This is my song, my song to the King
And I stand in awe of Your majesty
And I don't have much
but I give everything
This is my song, my song to my King

It seems all creation
is longing for You
From here to the farthest star
they're worshipping You
And who am I God
that You are mindful of me
I'm simple in heart, simple in song
I'm a small offering

Dear Father I place my faith and trust in You, as the newscasters and weathermen speak of the approaching storms, supercells and tornadoes. I remember 2000 years ago when the Master walked the earth and ministered love from Your living Word. I remember how He and the disciples were in that small boat out on the sea of Galilee and how a storm came up. I remember the fear which entered the hearts of the disciples, and how the Master merely spoke to the storm saying, "Peace, be still", and the storm immediately dissipated.

Father I pray for each of my family and for all who are facing the coming storm's potential. Dear Abba we pray that You would have Your Hand upon them that they would be kept safe and free from harm, that You would calm their fears, and guide them through the coming hours. I especially pray for the lost and for those of shallow soil, who pay respect to the things of God, but whose hearts are really focused upon the world and not upon You. Dear Father we pray You would break the shackles of worldly bondage and open their hearts to Your eternal Truth. We pray that the lost might have time yet to find You, and be redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb on Calvary's rugged tree.

Our desire is that once again You might speak to the coming storms and say, "Peace, be still", but we know that You have laid out the path before us and that in all aspects You are glorified within our hearts. We sing Your praises from the mountain tops and from the deepest valley of heartache we we sing Your glory, honor and praises. We sojourn in an alien land Abba, and our true Home is with You. Dear Abba my most fervent prayer is that whatever comes that my dear-ones might know You, and place their hearts and trust in You, and make You Lord of their hearts, their lives, their home and first and foremost as they begin each days journey.

We pray that the coming storms might pass over and weaken, and that all in their path might be spared. We pray that You would minister in our hearts that we might be granted courage when needed, peace and strength for the journey, and an ever deepening faith and trust in You. First and foremost we pray that Your perfect will be done, and how glorious is Your eternal love for Your precious children, in Jesus' name we pray. Thank You Abba for the multitude of blessings and for hearing our prayers despite our frailties and imperfections. How glorious is Your name.
