Dear Brother Ron,
My heart goes out to you and your situation! Believe it or not- I have been seperated for 5 years now, after earnestly praying and serving God, my wife and I are now ready to seek restoration. I only can say this- Whether or not your marraige survives depends on the attitude of prayer, honest forgiveness, and seeking a marraige counselor probably a Christian Counselor who specializes in re-establishng communications in an honorable way.Getting to the root of the situation so it won't happen again. Remember just because we are christian doesn't mean we do not neglect one another at times. This one sister told me said she wants to walk out of her marriage- She stated she is tired of the neglect and purposeful abuse. I just told her remember the believer should never depart, let the unbeliever depart. I thought originally when I married in 1984- my wife was a born again believer guess what it was a show- She just wanted a man to raise her son. As soon as I retired from the military, my marraige started to crumble. I was resentful because she didn't want me around anymore. So I told her I am leaving under protest and got my own apartment. In the process of continual prayer and serving God- I used the situation for His glory and out of the blue- My wife came to me and said can we get back together? I only told her- we first must seen a Christian Counselor and find out why the marraige fail in such a way that we remained apart for long. DURING THE ENTIRE TIME my earthly desire was to divorce and move on, BUT my heart kept seeing the vision of my Lord Jesus Christ and I chose not to divorce but work on this marraige. If within all this we can not reach a respectable marrage, I will remain unattached, but I will serve Jesus no matter what. DO NOT PUT A CONDITION ON YOUR SERVING JESUS- IT WILL HIT YOU IN THE FACE. SERVE HIM, DO NOT LET SATAN WIN THIS PART OF THE BATTLE. Jesus is too real, too important to surving just day to day even if you do not have your spouse. My Brother I will pray the Lord to heal your marraige anf for the Lord to disclose the problem of the break up. I pray the you will grow more intimantly with Jesus. I will pray that God will bring to light in your wife's heart the folley of her way. I will pray for her salvation from all this. Just because a person who says they believe in Jesus- the person's heart might not be born again. ROMANS 10:9-10. IT TOOK A LIFE TIME OF HABITS, TO BRING YOUR MARRAIGE TO THIS SITUATION, FIND OUT WHAT HABITS WERE WRONG AND CORRECT THEM.

Ron, I stand in agreement with most of yor prayer.
However, I ask that you not wait until the restoration for which you hope to begin serving the Lord with all your heart. Please give your life and service to Him entirely, right now! If you do this, He can use you to minster to others no matter what your circumstances are or become. He deserves your love and devotion, even if this divorce does take place.
Also, we must remember that it takes two to keep a marriage on track, and that you both played a role in this disaster. Pray to God that He show you where you went wrong with Him and with your marriage and ask that He transform you into a new ccreature in Him, that you may be better prepared for whatever comes your way, whether it is reconciliation with your wife or life as a single man from now on.

Welcome Ron to the Board.
Dear Lord, praying that after the lure and fun of sin loses its lustre that Cristina becomes totally disgusted with her lifestyle and finds her way back to the loving arms of God and her husband.

Father God I stand in agreement with this brother. Thank you Father for hearing our prayer in the name of Jesus, we pray and give thanks for your mercy and your faithfulness.

My wife of 12 years … Cristina has left our home and got her own apartment.
She has seen a woman attorney … gave a small deposit and signed papers for a divorce.
Both of us are born again believers … that have not attended church on a regular basis for 6 months, due to a change in my wife’s work schedule.
There is another man … Dean in the picture … the bartender from the restaurant that Cristina works at.
Please pray for our marriage … it is under attack by Satan.
I want my wife back … I love her very much.
This is my Prayer … Pray for deliverance of my Christian Wife Cristina from adultery with an unsaved single man. I break, bind & send back the curse of divorce, I cover our marriage with the blood of Jesus killing all divorce at the roots, I apply the blood of Christ to our marriage canceling out all divorce papers, all thoughts & actions of divorce becoming a dead work.
What God has joined together, Ronald & Cristina Eriksen, let not no man separate in the Name of Jesus, not my spouse, not the adulterer Dean, no lawyer, no judge, no demon spirits from hell, the divorce proceedings are dead in the Name of Jesus, & our marriage is alive & under the blood of our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ.
I break & bind the curse of division brought against our marriage by the adulterer Dean & send it back to him to bring division in the unGodly relationship between him & my wife, & that the Lord place a hedge of thorns around him, blocking his paths so that he may look for my wife, but not find her, he may chase after her, but not catch her, & then he would return to his own home & find happiness & the love of the Lord there. I let loose the Holy Spirit to work in Cristina’s heart, turning it back to Jesus & myself.
I pray God bring upon Cristina Godly sorrow that leads to repentance of sin, & reconciliation with Christ, & that our marriage be restored soon, that our marriage be blessed in this year … with God’s outpouring of blessing, that I now reap all the love & forgiveness I have sown into my wife the past twelve years.
I vow to the Lord that in honor of this restoration, I will dedicate my life to serving & helping others in marriage difficulties, & fight against demons of divorce, proclaiming & testifying to the World … of God’s great power & love for all, His miracles of reconciliation & restoration.
I thank You Lord Jesus for loving Cristina & I and for shedding Your blood for us, so that we may have hope in You & in the life giving blood to save us & our marriage. Amen
