Also standing in agreement with all of the thoughts and prayers that have been posted on this thread for this man and his family. Laurie, proper divine wisdom for you are also in my prayers.

I want you to know I stand in agreement with everyone here. May we see the Great Physician at work in the case of your friend.
And I also stand in prayer with you about your own situation, which you've posted about in the past.

Laurie: I will be praying for you as you seek to witness to your friend. We will also pray for God's perfect will in the life of he and his family regarding this illness. I do believe that God's will is always healing, wholeness, completeness for us, but I am acutely aware that sometimes God heals in this life and sometimes in the one to come. So I think that more important than the cancer or remission or non remission of cancer is the state of your friend's soul. Praise God for your boldness and obedience to find out if Jesus is his savior and to witness to him the gospel if Jesus is not his savior. If Jesus is his savior, then come what may in this life, everything will be OK. God be with you sister and may he give you exactly the words you need and your friend ears to hear any words HE gives you to speak.
Romey: I just wanted you to know that we do type out prayers here many of us as the Lord leads. So do not at all feel self concious about praying out loud in black and white when you fell led. And also Welcome to the board!!! ![[wave3]](graemlins/18.gif)

I will be praying for your friend. Infact I will pray here. I know I have not seen anyone here type out their prayers so I hope that is ok.
Father
I lift up this man to you today and I ask that your healing power would flow all thru his body. Lord I ask that he be completely delivered from the disease of cancer. Lord you know his heart and if he is not your child I ask that you lead christians into his life that will witness to him and that you will prepare his heart to hear and receive your gift of salvation.

Someone I have been friends with through the internet for a couple of years had just finished a very harsh course of chemo and radiation this past year for non-Hodgkins lymphoma. He was pronounced in remission. Now, about 6-8 months later I believe, the cancer is back. He has a wife and children and they have all already endured so much.
Please join me in prayer for this man and his family. I know he believes in prayer but am uncertain regarding his salvation. I shall be bold this week and attempt to find out where he stands. Pray for me in that as well please.
