Inthefaith, Pastor Dave, Twinsgranny and all the other friends and Brothers and Sisters in Christ! PRAISE GOD FOR HIS TENDER MERCIES, HIS LOVING KINDNESS, FORGIVENESS AND FOR HEARING AND ANSWERING OUR PRAYERS!!!........
Thanks SO much for being concerned and praying over the past weeks, months, etc....... The Court Decree ordeal that was scheduled to happen, DID go down in a manner of speaking.
HOWEVER......Sara Lynn DID NOT make the return trip from Coeur D' Alene, Idaho and left her attorney with all the information and paperwork for them to handle.
I believe in my heart that Sara DOES STILL REALLY LOVE ME, and is VERY afraid to face me for some reason, and that is why she didn't come back here for the court date. (Guilt, or remorse for what she is doing I suppose play a big part. The Enemy wants Sara to hate me! I DO COMPLETELY FORGIVE HER AND LOVE HER ALL THE SAME THOUGH!)
WELL........ARE YOU READY???? GET THIS........I decided to make a stand for what I believe in my heart is what the Lord God has been telling me to do in this situation all along! I went totally against my attorneys advice (an Unbeliever?) and took the path that I know would be pleasing, honoring and glorifying to the Lord regardless of what any legal counsel would do or say to me!
I told my attorney on the spot that I was not going to contest ANYTHING, nor was I going to go through with this divorce trial in any way! Especially with Sara not being here in person. My attorney about choked (Or should I say 'Stroked') when I announced this, and Sara's attorney spoke up and said that there was a counter claim which was filed to make the divorce proceedings go through regardless of ANY decision or action that I took!
The Judge did not hear my comments to my attorney, but acknowledged Sara's attorney being correct. He then said that since Sara chose not to return in person, we would have to reschedule a 'continuance' at a later date when Sara would have to be here.
Sara's attorney was NOT pleased as she shook her head and I believe mumbled something in disapproval as to what I said about not going through with it! She had the attitude when she walked into the room that she was going to chew me up, and spit me out! YES, GOD ALMIGHTY HAD OTHER PLANS!!!!
My own attorney had told me that I was being (something along the lines of) a 'Fool' or an 'idiot' and that God DIDN'T ever reveal anything to me, it was all pretty much so just 'in my head', and that I could pray to God all I wanted to because I was only "delaying the inevitable" and and I would end up (basically what he inferred to) as a bigger fool, and a dreamer who was going to face 'reality' one day and be hung out to dry! Nice guy, huh?
I clarified that it is NOT a 'dreamer' what I am, but rather a PRAY-ER, and a BELIEVER 100% in what the Lord God is able to do, can do and I feel in my heart, HE WILL DO! (THANK YOU LORD JESUS FOR ALLOWING ME TO FEEL THIS INSIDE FOR THIS PEACE COMES FROM YOU!) The attorneys' response was something to the effect "Oh yeah, well we'll just have to SEE about that when this is ALL said and done and the smoke clears!"
I am praying that if it is the Lord's will, I would be able to witness to these attorney(s) and their office staff! I have spoke to them of miracles in my life and in that of many others lives and TOTAL belief in God to perform them if He so chooses, and that I am praying for and BELIEVING that God will perform a MIRACLE in our marriage! They ALL sit around smiling in total disbelief, looking at me as though I have lost my mind! It bothers me not though. God has some things in store for many people to see in ALL OF THIS! They really aren't interested in hearing anything from me now I sense, but we will ALL see when God is done working in this situation what He had planned form day one! I believe that SEVERAL just might want to hear about it when God opens their eyes at the conclusion.
PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY! THANK YOU DEAR LORD JESUS FOR YOUR MERCY, LOVE, KINDNESS AND FOR BEING SO VERY FAITHFUL AS YOU REVEALED TO ME MONTHS AGO BY THE HOLY SPIRIT, IN THAT THIS DATE WOULD NOT HAPPEN IN COURT THIS COLD DECEMBER DAY, AS THE ENEMY HAD WANTED!!!!
I am claiming a VICTORY in the name and by the authority, power and Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ!!!! Even though this is merely a 'postponement' until January 26th, 2004, To me it really IS a miracle as the Spirit of God reassured me of. I am STILL going to PRAISE our Heavenly Father, and thank Him, glorifying Him while continuing to give all the credit to the Lord God for HIS powerful hand being laid upon me, (I was so unbelievably calm as I walked into court this morning!!!!) and for His Will and Mighty hand laid upon our hearts and minds in preserving the marriage thus far for His purpose, and I trust in HIM to restore our fragile new marriage MUCH better than anyone could ever imagine! (The marriages of my Christian Brothers and Sisters to be restored beautifully too!!!!)
I have complete faith and hope in the Lord as I KNOW that He is working in my heart and mind, transforming me/growing me where He sees fit, as I am sensing it! and the Holy Spirit is continuing to work night and day in Sara's heart and mind, placing a very real FEAR of the Lord in her, He's CONVICTING her, turning her heart of stone into one of flesh, and giving a NEW spirit to her. I thank God for working in the hearts and minds of all others who are involved. The Hedge of thorns IS WORKING to drive away any 'man' interested in Sara and that she would lose her way back to them and return to me! Please continue to pray for that! I know that you are, and will continue to do so. I thank you once again dear souls!!!
Our Father God is making MANY wonderful changes within the both of us to SERVE HIM and put Him first in our lives and in this marriage!~ HALLELUJA, PRAISE GOD FOR HIS MIRACLES ARE BEING REVEALED AND TOUCHING SO MANY LIVES FOR HIS PURPOSE AN GLORY!
I will continue to pray and trust that God would send some Christian, godly influenced ladies into Sara's life once again to reach her, and even the 'other guy', and help my beloved wife Sara to turn her hardened heart back to the Lord God in repentance, and to really desire to live for Him once again and remember all promises and vows made before Him!
I pray for their forgiveness every day and mine, as Christ continues to love and forgive me! I DO forgive them all unconditionally and hold no ill feelings towards any of them. (THIS COMES ONLY FROM GOD, as I lack the capability in myself to feel or act this way! Thanking HIM for the ability He has placed in me!)
I can't say it nearly enough. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for praying for me, Sara, our families, our health, my finances, and for believing and absolutely trusting in our Heavenly Father to intercede in what the Enemy had planned to wreck, devistate, and completely destroy! I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH! THANK YOU GOD for hearing and answering the prayers of your children in such a miraculous way! Share this letter of THANKS and PRAISE TO GOD with anyone else who has been praying too!
This may appear to only be a VERY small thing that has happened today in court, but I WILL NOT dispair or start questioning or doubting God now! He is using the rest of this time to continue what He is working on in ME, and what He is doing with Sara Lynn! I am trusting Him to take care of EVERYTHING now through January 26th.
I BELIEVE that restoration is not far off! I am praying for some solid, positive lines of communication to once again be re-established through Christ, as Sara has cut off ALL contact with me for 3 months, and has changed phone numbers and moved in with a 'roommate'(?) somewhere else! God won't Bless THEIR Mess. For that I am thankful all the more.
Satan IS DEFEATED YET AGAIN IN THE NAME AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND HIS PRECIOUS BLOOD WHICH COVERS US! AMEN!!!
Thank you again for praying and caring SO VERY Much! I am praying for you too! If there is anything that I can pray about on your behalf, don't hesitate to ask!
PRAYERS REALLY DO GET ANSWERED! JUST LIKE THE VICTORY THROUGH JESUS CHRIST THIS MORNING IN COURT!!!!! PRAISE GOD THE FATHER FOR HIS AMAZING GRACE, AND TENDER MERCIES! WE HONOR AND GLORIFY THE NAME OF GOD!

Today is court day and I am asking everyone to pray with me for Brian.
In Jesus name.... NO DIVORCE!!
Lord God, take back your children, Brian and Sara, and restore their marriage to a state far better than it was in the beginning.
Thank you in Jesus name... Amen!!
