Father God we lift this precious one up in our hearts and in our prayers. Dear Father surround him with Your awesome love, touch him with a healing miracle that all sickness, disease, and infirmity would just flee this body, and that he would be healed and fully restored, in Jesus' name, and to Your glory.
Dear Father we pray that You would meet this precious one at their points of greatest need, and that Your light of perfect love, would draw this family close together, and that problems and concerns would be resolved, and that obstacles would be overcome, to Your glory, and all that are not saved might be reached with Your Gospel, that souls would be saved, lives changed, bondage broken, and You honored and glorified in the hearts and lives of Your precious children. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Hello. I’m not a regular visitor of this message board, but a friend of mine pointed me here. It’s tough, sometimes, to admit when you need help to those nearest you, so I would like to ask all of you for your prayers.
Right now, I’m a college student in Mississippi and also work with the Army as a computer technician. My parents are divorced, my mom living about an hour away and my father in Nashville. For some time now, my Mother has been doing all she can to pay my medical bills resulting from a pretty traumatic knee injury I had while playing football in High School.
My Father was supposed to have medical insurance on me, but had let the coverage lapse after he decided to leave his last job. Since there was no insurance, the bills for the many surgeries required to save my leg have been enormous. My Mother is now at her breaking point, and is no longer able to pay the bills; my Father refuses to help.
Since I still have one remaining surgery left, I am pretty much stuck paying off the remainder of the bills in order for the doctors to perform the last surgery, completing the repair. My new insurance from work will cover the next surgery, so my only concern is paying off what remains of the bills.
If you could, please pray for me. I need the strength to make the right decisions about how to proceed. I cannot work enough to pay this off and attend school, but am afraid that if I take a semester or two off, I might not return. If I pursue some type of action against my Father, I fear for how that would affect our relationship down the road. I’m scared to talk about this to my local church-group. I just don’t know if they will understand, or if it will cause them to look upon me differently.
So please, keep me in your prayers. I’m going to be putting up a website about my experiences and about my surgeries to see if others can help at http://www.helpfixmyknee.com/. You can drop by there to check on my progress.
Thank you, and God bless.
