In the shadow of Him: Thank you for your prayers, they are really appreciated. You're right, my main focus right now sre the children. I have been working with children for about half my life, and have seen many trust Christ. Many have grown in Him and now are serving Him. It is so exciting to see them get excited about their salvation through Christ, and want to serve Him!
The children need the guidance, and I plan to help guide them. I would like to remain at my church, and if the pastor realizes he's jumped the gun I will. Again, thank you. God bless you

DEAR CHRIST FOR THE CHILDREN,
I KNOW THAT THE LORD HOLDS ALL THE CHILDREN IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND. I CAN TELL THAT THEY ARE YOUR MAIN CONCERN HERE. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR MINISTRY WITH CHILDREN. THEY ARE OUR FUTURE GENERATION-AND, THEY NEED YOU.
AS FOR YOUR PASTOR, I WILL DEFINITELY BE PRAYING FOR HIM. I BELIEVE THAT THE EMEMY REALLY ATTACKS PASTORS MORE THAN THE AVERAGE PERSON. (I CERTAINLY AM NOT TRYING TO DEFEND OR REBUKE HIS ACTIONS BECAUSE I DO NOT PERSONALLY KNOW YOUR PASTOR OR THE SITUATION.) BUT CERTAINLY, HE NEEDS OUR PRAYERS.
MAY GOD BLESS YOU, YOUR CHURCH, ALL THE MEMBERS, AND CERTAINLY YOUR PASTOR TO MAKE ALL THE RIGHT DECISIONS THAT WILL BE WELL PLEASING TO THE LORD.

Please pray for my church, and pastor. Pastor just informed me that he has canceled our childrens ministry. He made this decision on his own, without talking with the deacons or others. I believe this is wrong, and am very concerned for the children who have accepted the Lord through the ministry. I am considering contacting the state board about this, but am seeking the guidance of the Lord before I do. I do not want to see these children to become so discouraged because of one misguided pastor. The pastor for the last few years has demonstrated that his walk does not back up his talk. He is a great preacher, but at least right now, not a good pastor. I thank you for your prayers in this situation. In the meantime, I will attemt to work with the children effected by the pastors'
decision in their homes, or mine, along with a couple of volunteers from the church. Thank you, and God bless you all.
