A Pastor who is preaching the truth, will encourage his flock to verify everything he says by studying the Bible for themselves. We have been blessed to have a Pastor everywhere we have lived who not only backed what they said with the Word of God, but encouraged us to study for ourselves.
This said, there are Preachers who do not do this. They want to be the final authority, when that position belongs only to God.

It sounds to me that the most dangerous man in the world is one who sits back and listen to what his pastor says as the gospel without proving it. The church has a system in place where one man gets up every Wed. and Sun. and gives the church his take on scripture. We pay him a salary and he becomes the voice of God to us. If we had our own walk with the Lord and knew Him for our selves we'd see that Glenn Beck, Hagee , Olsteen and every other blow hard out there serve the same god, their belly

A false messiah in these last days exactly as Jesus predicted. Yesterday morning, I made a phone call to a Sammy Walker, owner of Sammy Walker's BBQ restaurant in Rowlett, Tx. The call was precipitated from an email I received from someone in the Liveprayer family who let me know Walker, a strong Christian man, was giving away food at his restaurant to people having financial problems. What a very caring and giving thing to do. However, I was told he was doing this to glorify His Savior Jesus....in honor of...Glenn Beck.
So I called Sammy's restaurant, spoke with Mr. Walker for about 5 minutes, and the discussion was very enlightening. After introducing myself, I applauded him for what he was doing. I than asked him why he was doing this in honor of Glenn Beck? He told me that Glenn was a great Christian man who he listened to often to stay up to speed on the political issues of the day. I asked Sammy if he knew that Beck was part of the Mormon cult. After a long pause, he said, no. He said that Beck had always identified himself as a Christian and follower of Jesus Christ.
I asked Sammy if he knew what the Mormon cult believed, and after another long pause, he said not really. Than he remembered he had heard Mitt Romney was a Mormon, but didn't know what that really meant. He than added that he looked up to David Barton, and that Barton wholeheartedly supported and endorsed Beck, which is how Sammy first came to know about Beck. He asked me if there was something wrong with Beck, why would David Barton support him? What a great question!!!
I didn't want to take up any more of Mr. Walker's time so I ended the call by letting him know I would be praying for him, his family, and business. I also encourage him to take some time and visit with his pastor and have his pastor explain to him what the Mormon cult believes, and why a Mormon is no more a Christian than a Muslim is.
Wow! If this one phone call didn't showcase everything I have been saying and warning people about for years now. First, so it is clear, my only concern about Beck and those who support him is one thing...SOULS! At the end of the day, we will all die. At that moment, the only thing that will matter is if you have accepted the Jesus of the Bible by faith or not. IT MATTERS WHAT JESUS YOU PUT YOUR FAITH IN!!! The Bible is full of warnings about those who promote a false gospel and preach a false Jesus!
Now that Oprah is off the air and her influence has greatly waned, there is no doubt that the most dangerous man in this nation is Glenn Beck. Not because of the politics he espouses, but because he is promoting a cult birthed in the mind of satan designed to lead its' followers to the flames of hell for all eternity. Beck has cleverly used conservative politics to become mainstream, the failed presidency of Barack Obama to tap into the tea party movement and people who hold conservative political views. He has weaved that into the history of this nation, the danger of those who hold more progressive political views, along with his Mormon cults polytheistic beliefs and a dose of new age spiritualism.
To comprehend where Beck is coming from, you must first comprehend the false beliefs of the Mormon cult. Mormonism is a polytheistic cult. Their "god" is not the God of the Bible, but was once a man like you and I who evolved into god-like status and was given this planet to rule over. The satanic Mormon cult teaches that if you live according to their false beliefs, any man can become a god and have his own planet to rule over upon death.
Mormonism is steeped in apocalyptic beliefs, thus explaining Beck's preoccupation with the end times. Like all Mormons, Beck believes the "White Horse Prophecy" of Joseph Smith, the murdering, polygamist, pedophile, racist founder of the Mormon cult that states our nation will undergo incredible economic and political unrest (sound familiar?), and a Mormon (Romney? Huntsman?) will be elected President to save the nation. In order to do that, the US Constitution will be suspended and this country will be operated as a Mormon theocracy.
Don't think Beck believes this? Ever wonder why he is so big on storing up food and gold? Why else unless he believes some sort of catastrophic event will disrupt life as we know it is going to occur? Please, don't take my word for anything I am saying, look it up for yourselves. There are plenty of websites you can Google that clearly lay out what Mormon's believe. When Beck talks about "what the Lord is calling him to do," it is to lead this last days Mormon revolution as Paul Revere, with Mitt Romney or Jon Huntsman being George Washington!
Of course, Beck, like all Mormons (and I have debated dozens of their top apologists over the years) is a masterful liar, just like the founder of his cult, SATAN (John 8:44). He will never admit to what he truly believes, since that would destroy the $30 million a year business he has built, mostly money coming from Christians! Beck brags about tithing over 10%. WHO DO YOU THINK HE IS TITHING THAT MONEY TO? I AM SURE HE AND SATAN GET A GREAT LAUGH OUT OF THE FACT HE IS DUPING CHRISTIANS TO MAKE HIM RICH, AND HE IN TURN, IS GIVING MILLIONS ANNUALLY TO HELP HIS MORMON CULT LEAD UNSUSPECTING SOULS TO HELL THROUGH THEIR LIES!
What sickens me the most however, are the modern day Judas' who have sold out the faith for whatever gain they can get by supporting and promoting this satanic cult member, enabling him to have credibility he doesn't deserve in the Christian community This is a well proven technique used by cult leader Myung Sung Moon in the 80s, when he bought off virtually all of the top Christian leaders of his day, knowing their thirst for dollars outweighed their thirst for souls and the Truth.
Another Mormon cult member Mitt Romney, also used this masterfully in his bid to be President in 2008, and no doubt will do the same thing in his current bid for the White House, by getting high profile Christians like Jay Sekulow, Ralph Reed, Mark DeMoss, and host of others to sell out the faith to give him credibly within the Christian community.
Beck has bought and paid for Wallbuilders founder David Barton, Jim and Betty Robison, John Hagee, and disgraced televangelist Mike Evans, whose latest attempt to fleece the sheep is the Jerusalem Prayer Team. Also, many supposed Christian churches support Beck and his various efforts. Didn't these pastors ever take a course on the cults in their seminary training? Is the discernment in the church so lacking that they will encourage their flocks to listen to a man who represents satan?
Of course, it was David Barton that led unsuspecting BBQ restaurant owner Sammy Walker to learn of Beck. How many unsaved people have been led to Beck and will eventually buy into the lies of his cult and end up in hell for all eternity? I have put in numerous calls to Barton to chat with him about his affiliation with Beck, but he refuses to be held accountable on this issue. It has been encouraging to see the number of people now lambasting him for associating with Beck, so many, that his minsitry put out a damage control statement. In short, it says that Beck produces good fruit, so he is OK. What? I am no botanist, but a quick Google search led me to hundreds of beautiful fruits that if eaten, will KILL YOU!
I have also been extremely disappointed with John Hagee. How can a man stand on Christian TV and preach hellfire and damnation, yet when face to face with a tool of satan leading souls to hell, he never ONCE confronts him for his false beliefs, only supports and advocates all that Beck is saying since he has found a man who can help him raise tons of money. How sad it is to see supposed men of God stand with satan for a few sheckles that will one day mean nothing, while innocent souls they help influence with burn in hell for all eternity!
I love you and care about you so much. In the passages from the Bible today, Jesus was very clear in His warning of those who would come in His name in the last days. We have a classic example of that in Glenn Beck. Beck is now using the tens of millions he has amassed, mostly from the Christian community, to start his own online new service, a propaganda mill that will only put out news from his viewpoint. He is now starting his own publishing company to promote books he believes in. After being removed from FOX (make no mistake, he was not given the choice to stay), his TV show is now online, for a fee.
Later this month he will make millions by exploiting the Jewish people, primarily to the Christian community, for his own profit and gain. He has sold himself to the Jewish people as a "Christian," and is counting on the Christian community for a huge multi-million dollar profit from this event. Why would any true follower of Christ spend one minute wathcing a "spritual event" produced by the member of a satanic cult? More important, what pastor would encourage his church to spend one minute watching a "spiritual event" put on my a satanic cult member? This is why he has bought and paid for high profile Christians like Hagee, to pull of this deception!
Please hear this clear. At the end of the day, Glenn Beck is about one thing, and that is leading souls to hell through the false teachings of his satanic Mormon cult. Only God knows how many souls will burn for all eternity due to his efforts. Worse yet, how many will burn in hell for all eternity due to the Christians, churches, and supposed Christian leaders who supported the efforts of this cult member.
*WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY, GLENN BECK FADES INTO THE WOODWORK OF SOCIETY TO PROPGATE THE PERVERTED VIEWS OF HIS CULT TO A HANDFUL OF THE IGNORANT, KEEPING UNTOLD THOUSANDS OF SOULS FROM HELL! I HAVE HEARD BECK SAY HE WANTS TO CHANGE THE WORLD. HOW CAN THE MEMBER OF A SATANIC CULT CHANGE THE WORLD FOR ANYTHING BUT THE AGENDA OF SATAN???
Sadly, the overall message of Beck is a correct one. As I have been preaching for over the last decade, there is only one hope for this nation, this world, and each person. That is faith in the Jesus of the Bible. The jesus of the Mormon cult is not even a deity, but a creation of a sexual union between Mary and their "god" who was once a man. That is why no matter how much they claim to love and worship Jesus, claiming to give their life to Him, the jesus of Smith is NOT the Jesus of the Bible and they are still lost in their sins and will burn in hell upon their death.
The better percentage of two full generations have never even been to church. Even those who do go, are for the most part Biblically illiterate, or in some liberal, or watered down church that has abandoned the Absolute Truth of the Bible That is why the climate is perfect for a revival, but also perfect for the cults, false religions, and new age movements to be very successful in leading searching and unsuspecting souls to hell through their lies from satan.
Beck is a smart man. I have no doubt he knows EXACTLY what his cult believes. That is why you will never hear him read from the Book of Mormon, only the Bible. If Beck has decided that he wants to believe in the fantasies of Smith, that he will die and inherit his own planet, that is fine. But it is not fine for him to use the incredible influence he has gained through his commentary on politics, to use the Christian community, to help him make tens of millions each year while helping lead the eternal souls of suspecting people to hell!
