Jesus Christ has reminded me that while we use the law and Gods word lawfully to correct one another other, rebuke false doctrine, to test all things, and to learn about the truth, none of this is to be done outside God’s commandment to love one another. Not by human standards but with a clear conscious by His grace filled with the Holy Spirit. We are sinful by nature and our hearts desperately deceitful and always seeking an opportunity to lust and envy, our righteousness filthy rags. Because of this God is able by contrast to show us, teach us, and reveal to ushis grace through Jesus Christ. By hearing God’s word of the good news we are able to believe in Jesus Christ and be drawn to Him. And by drawing near to Him, He draws near to us with the Holy Spirit and grace, giving us the power to do all things according to His will, but most importantly become the children of God. No longer living for sin in bondage to the biding of the pharaoh of evil, but to the promised land of freedom where God has saved us and called us to live Holy lives where because of Jesus Christ our High Priest after the order of Melchisedec, we are able to confess our sins and now God is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
But if we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us and we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives. And in the same way when Jesus first saved the nation of Israel from Egypt, but later he destroyed those who did not remain faithful, we who do not remain faithful will also not enter into His rest, a promised land.
As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may charge certain persons not to teach any different doctrine, nor to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies, which promote speculations rather than the stewardship from God that is by faith. The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. Certain persons, by swerving from these, have wandered away into vain discussion, desiring to be teachers of the law, without understanding either what they are saying or the things about which they make confident assertions.
Now we know that the law is good, if one uses it lawfully, understanding this, that the law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who strike their fathers and mothers, for murderers, the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine, 11in accordance with the gospel of the glory of the blessed God with which I have been entrusted. 1 Timothy 1:3-10
Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you? God will destroy anyone who destroys this temple. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple. Stop deceiving yourselves.If you think you are wise by this world’s standards, you need to become a fool to be truly wise. In my usual prayer before the lord last night and this morning. The Lord spoke to me and revealed that while my justified concern over the strong apostasy’s in the church today that allude being saved to sin doctrine, the doctrine that some are predestination for salvation others are predestination for hell, and the doctrine of health and wealth without carrying our cross are all good fights for exposure of those that teach it. The Lord revealed to me that my approach needs to be more wise tempered so as not to provoke out of season while there is work to be done.
As I tried to mention in my last post before it was removed out of desperation against the truth , I wanted to apologize for my for being a sinful man by nature, flawed and fallible, having to give myself before Christ and die daily for censor and reproof before Christ, who’s rod I welcome with comfort everyday. But as far as my zeal for the truth of the word of God and the Gospel I repent to no man nor do I yield one inch of the Gospel in exchange for lies and hypocrisy of false freedom offered in exchange for lust and self deceit. As a soldier in my former life and now as a soldier of God, I will use the armor and sword of God to fight the enemy wiser then before but as God has convicted me I will not retreat regardless of the futile threats and tactics of the enemy.
I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who called you to himself through the loving mercy of Christ. You are following a different way that pretends to be the Good News but is not the Good News at all. You are being fooled by those who deliberately twist the truth concerning Christ.
Let God’s curse fall on anyone, including us or even an angel from heaven, who preaches a different kind of Good News than the one we preached to you. I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed. Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.
