RE: KEEP 3 GOOD AMENDMENTS IN H.R. 1540 NDAA 2012. PROTECT OUR TROOPS AND CHAPLAINS FROM HOMOSEXUAL HARASSMENT. REINSTATE DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL.

Dear Senator or Congressman:

Please endorse, co-sponsor, and pass the 3 good amendments in H.R.1540, the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, which passed the House by a 322-96 vote in June 2011, and protect our troops from homosexual harassment.

Keep the first good amendment to H.R. 1540 which requires all four military service chiefs also certify that implementation of the 'Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell' repeal would not impact combat readiness.

Keep the good second amendment to H.R. 1540 which reaffirms that DOMA [the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act] still applies to all Defense Department regulations and policies.

Keep the good third amendment to H.R. 1540 which prohibits the use of military facilities or personnel for marriage ceremonies between same-sex couples, and also prohibits military chaplains or civilian Defense Department employees from officiating gay weddings.

Please ADD an amendment that clearly protects our military chaplains’ right to pray publicly “in Jesus’ name,” and defends all Christian troops’ right to free religious expression, and freedom from homosexual harassment.

In the 111th Congress, two Congressmen Mike McIntyre (D-NC) and Walter Jones (R-NC) introduced a bi-partisan bill, H.R. 268, protecting our troops and military chaplains right to free religion and free speech. Please support that bill again now, in the 112th Congress.

Please protect the conscience rights of any Soldier, Sailor, Airman, or Marine who refuses, for religious reasons, to be "re-educated" or forced to "reconcile" by embracing homosexual sin as moral value.
Protect our chaplains right to pray "in Jesus name" BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CHAPEL, 7 DAYS A WEEK, WITHOUT PUNISHMENT.
Protect our chaplains right to preach truth against sin BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CHAPEL, 7 DAYS A WEEK, WITHOUT PUNISHMENT.
Protect our troops right to never be sexually harassed.
Protect our troops right to separate showers and quarters.
Protect our troops right to free religious views about sin.
FINALLY, PLEASE REINSTATE “DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL” AND BAN OPEN HOMOSEXUALITY in the military, which hurts unit cohesion and morale. 24% of all troops said they won't re-enlist if you don’t stop endangering our national security.

BE ADVISED. Your vote on this issue will be scored and faxed to nearly all church pastors in your state before next election.

Sincerely,
[YOUR NAME]

Christians to be Homose xualized in Military on Sept 20th. Take Action!

It is not too late to stop the U.S. military from being homosexualized, or at least protect chaplains and Christian troops, when "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" is fully repealed on September 20th. Since the U.S. House of Representatives included 3 good amendments in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, we can still take action.

The U.S. Senate is considering whether to keep or reject 3 good amendments that would protect Chrisitan chaplains and troops, but make homosexual bloggers angry. According to LGBTQ nation:

1) "The first of the three amendments was sponsored by Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) requires that — in addition to the certifications already required from the President, the Secretary of Defense, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff — all four military service chiefs also certify that implementation of the 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' repeal would not impact combat readiness. [Chaps comment: This could postpone repeal indefinitely...]

2) "The second amendment, from Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.), reaffirms that DOMA [the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act] still applies to Defense Department regulations and policies..." [DOMA defines federal marriage as only between one man and one woman.]

3) "The third amendment, from Rep. Todd Akin (R-Mo.), prohibits the use of military facilities or personnel for marriage ceremonies between same-sex couples, and also prohibits military chaplains or civilian Defense Department employees from officiating gay weddings." [Chaps comment: Chaplains and chapels won't be forced to welcome sin.]

Sadly, the provision protecting a chaplains' right to pray "in Jesus name" was not included this year, as it was last year, but it could still be added in the Senate, so we must fight on!

And with Harry Reid (D-NV) in charge of the Senate, these provisions could be stripped out if we don't demand the Senate keep the 3 good amendments listed above. WE MUST BURY THE U.S. SENATE IN FAX PAPER FOR THE NEXT 20 DAYS. Can you help?

2,000+ chaplains ask Congress to protect freedom after DADT repeal

Our friends at Alliance Defense Fund just issued the following press release:

WASHINGTON — A group of veteran service members–primarily chaplains–who, on behalf of their faith groups, represent thousands of currently-serving military chaplains and several million Americans, sent a letter to the U.S. Congress Wednesday asking key officials to protect military religious liberty from the dangers created by the government's decision to force open homosexual behavior on the U.S. armed forces through the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" next month.

The letter notes that "our nation has a robust history of protecting military religious liberty," and that, in fact, "the whole reason that the chaplaincy corps exists is to fulfill the constitutional imperative of protecting service members' rights to freedom of religion." But, it says, even Obama administration officials admit that current religious liberty protections create "boundaries that are not always clearly defined," and this lack of definition in the post-DADT military will lead to confusion and censorship. That is intolerable, the letter concludes, because"no Americans, and especially not those in our armed forces, should be forced to abandon their religious beliefs."...

Nearly two-dozen veteran service member signatories request in the letter that Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid ensure that there is "a clear, unmistakable perimeter around religious liberty." The signatories represent more than 2,000 currently-serving military chaplains and millions of faith-group constituents.

"Chaplains and service members have told us they are very concerned they will be marginalized and even punished for being faithful to their religious beliefs in the wake of the repeal. We share those concerns," the letter states. "In fact, some chaplains have already personally experienced the punitive atmosphere this repeal has generated." You can read the full text of the Chaplains' letter to Congress here.

For months now, we have been petitioning Congress for the same thing, to simply defend the rights of military chaplains to pray and preach the Bible without homosexual harassment. Because of your faxes, the House passed a good bill, but the Senate may force chaplains to perform homosexual weddings, if they strip out our 3 good amendments.

Would you take a stand with our military chaplains, one more time today?

NY TIMES: MICHELE BACHMAN CAN LEGALLY REINSTATE DADT

Legal analysts interviewed by the New York Times admit the next President can legally restore "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and ban open homosexual service by Executive Order, even without Congressional approval. The Times reported yesterday:

"If elected president, Michele Bachmann said over the weekend, she would favor reinstating the ban on openly gay or lesbian people serving in the military, a policy known as 'don't ask, don't tell.' Former Senator Rick Santorum has said similar things in the past.

"Turns out that it wouldn't be hard to do, legal experts say.

"That's because the law repealing the ban that President Obama signed last December did not expressly order the Pentagon to allow openly gay or lesbian troops in the armed forces. Congress merely laid out a process under which the ban could be lifted...

"Once that certification was made and sent to Congress, the secretary of defense then had to prepare and issue new regulations allowing gays and lesbians to serve openly. That is where the process is now: the regulations are being written and the ban will be lifted on Sept. 20.

"But because Congress did not require the military to allow open service, a new president could order his or her new secretary of defense to issue new regulations that effectively reinstate the ban, said Aubrey Sarvis, executive director of the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, which advocates for gay and lesbian troops."

Even the homosexual lawyers agree, that President Bachmann or Santorum has power to ban future homosexual service. You can read the full NY Times article here.

We must demand all Republican Presidential Candidates (starting with Rick Perry) adopt the Bachmann-Santorum position, and pledge to reinstate the ban on open homosexual service. Our troops overwhelmingly rejected open homosexual service in the Pentagon Poll, as explained below.

I JUST UPDATED OUR PETITION LANGUAGE to all 100 Senators, who will consider the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, which contains 3 good amendments protecting our troops and chaplains against homosexual harassment. Let's petition the Senate to keep the 3 good amendments when they pass that bill next month...

OBAMA, PANETTA LIE TO CONGRESS: "NO PROBLEM WITH TROOP MORALE."

The President and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta both lied to Congress yesterday, by certifying that the military is ready for, and will not be harmed by open homosexual service, which will begin in 60 days. CNN reports, "Obama, with his top men at the Pentagon, formally 'certified' to Congress that the present 'don't ask-don't tell' policy will end in mid-September without harming 'military readiness, military effectiveness, unit cohesion and recruiting and retention of the Armed Forces.'"

How do I know the White House lied? The DoD Inspector General said they lied, in a 33-page report explaining how White House officials falsified their "leak" of Pentagon survey data, and deceived the Washington Post, the American public, and the U.S. Senate into repealing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" last December, by initially reporting false data that 70% of our troops have "no problem" with open homosexuality. Actually 82% oppose it.

When our troops were surveyed about DADT repeal, troops overwhelmingly opposed allowing open homosexual service, as I proved in my analysis of the survey. 91% of troops reject homosexual leaders, 85% of combat Marines distrust, 71% won't share showers, and 24% won't re-enlist. But 2 of the 5 White House officials with early access to the survey "leaked" a phony version of the early survey results to the Washington Post, claiming 70% of all troops supported open homosexual service, when 82% of troops opposed it.

The IG said exactly that:

"We considered that the primary source [of the leak from two White House officials]'s likely pro-repeal sentiment was further demonstrated by his/her inclusion of the key 70 percent figure in the information provided to the Washington Post. … Had [the source] desired to further an anti-repeal bias for the article, he/she could likewise have combined four results categories from that same survey question to conclude that '82 percent of respondents said the effect of repealing the 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policy would be negative, mixed or no effect'" and been just as accurate.

In other words, the Inspector General agreed with my reading of the report that 82% of troops oppose open homosexuality, and refuted the White House's bogus report that 70% of troops support open homosexuality. The White House lied, plain and simple.

To date less than half of our troops have received "homosexual indoctrination" training, but Panetta and Obama just certified our troops morale, unit cohesion, retention will not be harmed? You've got to be kidding me. These men have no honor, and should be impeached for lying to Congress.

Let's take a stand to defend our troops. It's not too late. The Senate can still pass the House version of the Defense Authorization Act which would delay implementation of DADT repeal, and also protect our military chaplains...

MILITARY CHAPLAINS FORCED TO PERFORM HOMOSEXUAL WEDDINGS

Former Navy Chaplain Klingenschmitt was interviewed Tuesday by investigative reporter Mike Gooding of WVEC-13, the ABC affiliate covering the world's largest Naval Station Norfolk, concerning the shocking new memo signed by Chief of Navy Chaplains RADM Mark L. Tidd, a liberal Presbyterian who attempted to authorized homosexual weddings in Navy Chapels, after pressure by lawyers with the Obama Administration. Watch the breaking news video here, and don't say I didn't predict this over a year ago:

TWO CHAPLAINS RESIGN RATHER THAN ENDORSE HOMOSEXUAL SIN

At least one unnamed "Navy chaplain has already resigned because of the Obama policy," which threatened his religious freedom, as reported by CBN news. Another Army Chaplain also quit, rather than compromise his own conscience by endorsing sod omy.

But here's the good news: The homosexualization of our U.S. military can still be stopped or delayed, thanks to a new measure passed by Congressman Duncan Hunter Jr. (R-CA), who just introduced legislation to expand the certification requirement to include input from each of the four service chiefs.

Currently President Obama's new law repealing the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" (DADT) policy allowing open homosexual service cannot go into effect until 3 people, the President, Secretary of Defense, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff all certify the troops have been trained and military readiness will not be hurt. But Congressman Hunter's new proposal would expand that certification authority to 7 people, including all 4 top Generals in the Army, Air Force, Marines, and the top Admiral in the Navy.

"Congress could at this point delay or derail the end to the military's gay ban. Rep. Duncan Hunter has introduced legislation that would expand the certification requirement to include input from each of the service chiefs, which, if enacted into law, could disrupt the repeal process," reports the pro-homosexual newspaper Washington Blade.

Last year all four top officers testified against repeal of DADT. If these same four officers were empowered to "not certify" that open homosexuality is safe for our troops unit cohesion, then the old 1993 DADT policy could remain the law forever.

“My spirit shall not always strive with man…” - Genesis 6:3

According to the Bible, a nation, culture, or person can spiritually reach the point of no re-turn. This means that the Lord’s work of grace and restraint from evil in their lives ceases, and they are left to their own foolish and ultimate demise. When people reach this point, they cannot be saved and are ripe for the ultimate judgment of God. Has the United States reached the spiritual point of no return when the judgment of God will fall upon it? Has the global culture collectively reached the spiritual point of no return, and is therefore ready for the wrath of God to be poured out in judgment upon it? The understanding of these matters, and the answers to these questions is at the heart of realizing just how late it is in this Age of Grace.
