Do not veiw the "church" Eklesia, called out ones; by the "church" in the USA!
i firmly believe the remnent is still doing HIS will and is as the 1st "church".. ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

2-Timothy 3:1 Declares:This know also,That in the Last Days perilous times shall come.
The Word" Perilous " refers to Difficult and dangerous times. With reference to the time and events taking place just before the Rapture of the Church.
Ah,The Church, That Blood Bought organism of " Called out " men and women. Called out of the World,And unto God.
Called by God to convince the World of their need of a Saviour. Called by God to Declare the Truth of the Word of God to a Lost and dying World.
But there seems to be something wrong. It seems as though the Church is not capable of doing what God has given it to do.
Why?. The Early Church turned its then known world upside down for the Glory of God.
Did they have something that the Church of today does not have? I have to say that for the most part they did, Not by the design of God.
It is the will of God that the Church today posess what the early Church posessed.
Acts 3:6 Declares, " Then Peter said,Silver and gold have I none,But such as I have give I unto thee,In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk."
Peter didn't have any silver or gold But He did have the Power of God.
The Church today has silver and gold,But they don't have the Power of God.
The World will never be reached, They will never be delivered from the bondage of sin,sickness or disease unless the Church today begins to opperate in the Power of God just as the early Church did.
Church suppers,intertainment, and a watered down gospel,which is not really a gospel at all will do what needs to be done.
Acts 1:8 says, " But you shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you."
If we are to be a New Testament Church we must then follow Gods pattern for the Church, The Book of Acts.
Without the Power of the Holy Spirit we will not reach this world for Jesus Christ.
Without the Power of the Holy Spirit, Our Churches will continue to be just a gathering place where we just go through the motions.
May God help us, And Grant us once again to walk in the Power of the Holy Spirit. Art
